What is your approach regarding coaching?
It is our coaching relationship, with the space it gives you, and the opportunity to take the time to express your problems, to truly see them, with all their negative impacts on your well-being, that will allow for awareness and renewed motivation. It is by seeing how much they hinder you, and what could be possible otherwise, that you will be able to find, at the end of each session, a new small goal to accomplish. We will work together on how to help you implement it in your daily life.
My approach respects confidentiality.

I am not a doctor or psychologist. I help to make changes in habits in cases of:
- stress
- low energy
- sleep disturbances
- headaches
- sugar cravings
- lack of exercise
- difficulty prioritizing, finding motivation, or organizing
- irritability
- difficulty following a treatment or dietary change.
